I am so blessed to have the most wonderful people to work with at the college. Kim and Kim, Nancy and Suellen especially. We seem to compliment each other's strengths (of course, we have no weaknesses..) so well and each is willing to take on extra responsibility without keeping score of who did what last. A perfect example of teamwork: Today was the Ash Flat Christmas Parade and Nancy and George, along with their sweet girl Tess, donated their time to bring the Ozarka College float over for the event. Kim Whitten volunteered her time to take pictures and I was just along for the ride. Not one compliant about Saturday work after already putting in more than 40 hours this week.
It's so easy to do anything with these girls....I can usually just show up and everything is taken care of. I show up, relax and enjoy. So I did that today...I showed up, I relaxed and just enjoyed 'floating' along for the parade.
Without fail, if something' s going down in Ash Flat, Nancy Orr will be involved. The name Nancy must be secret code for super-woman. The two Nancys I know are both amazing ladies. Nancy Orr was organizing the parade line-up. Truly a thankless job....been there, done that. Occasionally, I prefer to just show up & 'float'!

I appreciate you for being such a wise mentor for your "flock" for which I feel privileged and blessed to be a part of.
