Welcome To Fall - III

The persimmon bushes are bare of leaves but the fruit is still green and waiting to be ripened by the suns of autumn. This is a favorite fruit treat for deer, raccoons and other wildlife. I think the horses like them too, although that may not be such a good thing if they like too many of them at once. These pictures came from the tree in our yard between the house and the barn.
